Bullshit, I work in private company and what I can see is that when its a Malay boss, they will hire all races but when it's Chinese, they will hire only Chinese. Despite capabilities. The hires can barely speak coharent Malay or English. Come on lah. If you don't believe me, try going to Citibank and look at their hiring policy. 80% Chinese because of the Chinese bosses.

I've been working in S'pore owned company for 6 years as an Exec and working under 1 Fat chinese boss which Bahasa Melayu command was worst whereby his English are poor. All he knews is Chinese dialect. But he can still sustain the position and enjoy an increment yearly because of his skin. What would you call this? Merit?

So to hire the best of the best and have proven track record of good management who do I choose. Take a look at this forum alone, how am I going to hire someone who constantly demands for more and more tongkat and don't get things done. Take a look at the reality now:-
1.) All sustainable bumiputra business are based on:-
a.) Government linked:-
Tenaga, Telekom, etc
b.) Monopoly of the whole market:-
Tenaga,Telekom, Plus, etc
c.) Have government financial backup:-
Mimos, Proton etc
d.) Political connection:-
PLUS, construction company etc.
e.) Tax incentive, government protection
Proton etc
And even with this benefits, they still can't compete (eg:- proton, tmtouch). With all these situation (especially with the recent pipe burst as well), what do you think MNCs and other private companies think about bumiputra business management? Why do you think they don't hire them.

Kalau bersatu dengan bangsa2 ni memang bagus, kalau depa ni nak bersatulah. Tapi nampaknya depa ni majoriti tak sedar diri..
